i have been waiting to get some tapes of bas and others. i will be your "MMA WORKOUT review board". i am simply doing this coz i know i will learn alot and hope you all can to.
self-promoting it, coz i am not doing it for money in my pocket or to help anyone else's pocket increase. I will watch this tape religiously and let you all in on what i have learned.
I will let you all know how this tape is, as I am very exceited myself. He is awesomely one of the best martial artists in the game. i will then go into the gym i currently train at, and interpret my skills with that of which i am learning with those i train with & who help me & coach me.īas is a class act in his own league. This will be the first, at-home-training session for me. I am watching this tape: Bas Rutten's MMA Workout. Sheeeit, he probably does'nt even know i am, but i am. Thanks to a good friend, I am now a secret warrior of Bas Rutten.
